Being a musician to me is like belonging to a tribe.  We are all brothers and sisters of the same tribe.  And it is the tribe's responsibility to bring music (all kinds) to the world.  It's about inclusion and not exclusion.  It is NOT a contest.  My approach to drumming is that I want the drums to "Serve the Music". 

I am open to anything that can fall in the category of  "entertaining" ...thats what bands should do...entertain!  I am not interested in self-indulgent crap.  The 13th Floor Band entertains and is a catalyst to people enjoying themselves and having a good time.  The 13th Floor Band delivers on all levels!
